Meet Annabella Zannini, MA, AMFT
Hi there, I’m Annabella.
Perhaps you’re…
Feeling stuck in patterns and habits that no longer align with the person you are today
Finding yourself critical and judgmental of yourself
Want to create a life more in line with your values
Feeling like different “parts” of you are at odds with each other, stuck in harmful habits or behaviors despite wanting to change
If this resonates with you, you’re not alone. The truth is the we all have different sub-personalities or “parts,” each with their own motivations, feelings, and perspective. Oftentimes, these parts come into conflict with each other, which can contribute to anxiety, shame, depression, addictions, and obsessive or compulsive behavior.
Healing happens when we work with our various parts, understand what they’re trying to do, and help them relate more harmoniously to each other. This approach is called Internal Family Systems, and it’s a scientifically-validated, trauma-informed way of doing therapy that can change lives.
If you’re ready to become curious and shift into a new way of relating to all the different parts of yourself, I invite you to reach out.
I can help you with:
Couples counseling
Relational issues
Trauma & anxiety
Compulsive sexual behaviors and other addictions
OCD
