“The only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to be.” ― Ralph Waldo Emerson
The path to healing often feels like navigating a complex landscape of expectations and hidden pressures. I offer a supportive, judgment-free space to explore the parts of your life that feel out of alignment. Whether you are struggling with relationship conflicts, the painful fog of problematic tech use, the shame often tied to compulsive behaviors, or anything in between, I believe change begins when we move from "surviving" to choosing a life of intentionality, integrity, and wholeness.
As a sex-positive and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I am dedicated to fostering a safe environment for all identities. In addition, my previous career in entertainment finance at studios like Paramount, NBCUniversal, and Disney allows me to deeply understand the stressors of high-stakes professional environments and the "corporate mask" many clients feel forced to wear.
Perhaps you’re…
Navigating shame regarding your online behaviors or the time and money spent there
Realizing how certain decisions have negatively affected your health, job, relationships, and family
Wrestling with loneliness or the fear that others won’t accept you
Feeling hopeless about dating or intimacy
Overwhelmed by depression, anxiety, and the weight of past trauma
Recognizing that compulsive patterns don’t align with your core values or faith
I can help you with:
Couples counseling
Trauma & anxiety
Learning new ways to cope with life
Compulsive, unwanted sexual behaviors
Infidelity & affair recovery
My clients are:
I work with adult individuals and couples who are tired of harmful, longstanding patterns in their lives and are ready to try something new.
Many of my clients have felt for a long time that something feels “off” in their lives, even if they’re not sure why things haven’t been working. I help my clients feel heard and understood, partnering with them to clarify their concerns and work toward creating change.
Off the clock:
I’m an avid road cyclist and runner, and I love going to music festivals. At home, I enjoy watching The Office with my wife and our English bulldog, Remy and pitbull/boxer mix, Billy.
How I help:
Developing a sustainable recovery plan and healing from infidelity
Establishing technology boundaries and maintaining accountability
Managing symptoms of depression and anxiety
Processing complex traumatic experiences
Identifying strengths and building resilience through new coping mechanisms
Learning to embrace the parts of yourself that cause the most distress
What you can expect from working with me:
A deeply committed and collaborative partnership prioritizing your needs and goals
Nonjudgmental, safe space to openly discuss and explore difficult experiences that cause you stress and pain
Gentle but transparent and action-oriented accountability
Clear and compassionate insight into relational dynamics, attachment patterns, and survival strategies
