If you’ve been holding it together for a long time, but something inside you is tired of surviving, you're in the right place.
Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside while privately carrying anxiety, grief, shame, hypervigilance, or a deep sense of disconnection. Often, they’ve been the strong one for years. They’ve tried to think their way out of pain, keep the peace, or “be better” in relationships that don’t feel safe or reciprocal.
Therapy with me is for clients who are ready for deeper work, root-level healing that restores nervous system safety, identity, and the ability to feel connected to self and others again. My style is calm, relational, and strategic. We move at the pace your nervous system can actually integrate, so change becomes lived not just understood.
Perhaps you’re . . .
Recovering from narcissistic abuse, coercive control, or emotionally harmful relationship dynamics
Feeling stuck in a high-conflict, confusing, or unstable partnership
In the aftermath of betrayal, infidelity, or relational rupture
Struggling with compulsive sexual behaviors or patterns of withdrawal and disconnection
Experiencing Sexual Anorexia or Intimacy Anorexia: avoidance of emotional, physical, or sexual closeness that leaves one or both partners feeling rejected, lonely, or unsure what’s real
Living with complex trauma, PTSD, or trauma stored in the body (shutdown, panic, numbness, chronic tension)
Caught in fawning, people-pleasing, self-blame, or hypervigilance
Feeling disconnected from yourself: identity loss, shame, or a sense of “I don’t know who I am anymore”
Wanting to parent differently and break generational patterns, but feeling triggered or overwhelmed
Whatever brings you here, I’m glad you found your way. You don’t have to do this alone.
I can help you with:
Complex trauma, PTSD, and nervous system dysregulation
Narcissistic abuse recovery and coercive control dynamics
High-conflict relationships and attachment-based distress
Compulsive sexual behaviors and betrayal trauma (ASAT / CSAT track)
Sexual Anorexia and Intimacy Anorexia (compulsive deprivation / disconnection patterns)
Couples counseling and rebuilding safety, trust, and intimacy
Infidelity and affair recovery
Parenting support and breaking trauma cycles
Identity reclamation and shame reduction
My clients often ask themselves:
Why do I keep repeating patterns I swore I’d never repeat?
How do I stop feeling responsible for everyone else?
Why do I shut down, numb out, or panic when closeness shows up?
How do I rebuild trust after betrayal or stop living in suspicion and fear?
How do I heal trauma without reliving it or being flooded?
Can I feel connected and whole again?
What you can expect from me:
A steady, non-judgmental relationship where you don’t have to perform, minimize, or explain yourself
Therapy that is deeply trauma-informed and paced for real integration (not forced exposure)
A somatic + relational approach that addresses what you know intellectually and what your body is still holding
Clear insight into relational dynamics, attachment patterns, and survival strategies without shame
Structure when you want it, depth when you’re ready for it, and consistent attunement throughout
A collaborative path forward oriented toward the life and relationships you are building, not the ones you are surviving
