Healing is not a journey meant to be taken alone — I consider it a privilege to hold space for my clients and walk beside them every step of the way.
Hi there, I’m Tess. I’m deeply committed to helping reduce the shame and stigma that so often surround mental health. I believe everyone deserves the chance to explore the parts of themselves that feel confusing, heavy, or hard to face, and to be met with compassion and understanding along the way.
Whether you’re navigating life’s unpredictable ups and downs, feeling stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break, or looking for clarity in your relationships, I’m here to walk alongside you. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel truly seen, supported, and understood. Healing isn’t about “fixing” just one thing. It’s about finding balance, strength, and a way forward that feels authentic to you.
Perhaps you’re…
Feeling weighed down by emotions you can’t quite name or explain
Caught in patterns you know aren’t serving you, but unsure how to shift them
Struggling to feel truly connected — to yourself or to the people you care about
Wanting to make sense of your past so you can move forward with more clarity and confidence
If you’re ready…
If you’re ready to step away from the patterns that leave you feeling worn down or isolated and begin building a life that feels more authentic, connected, and whole—I’d be honored to work with you. Together, we’ll explore what’s been standing in your way and open up new possibilities for healing and growth.
I can help you with:
Couples counseling
Trauma & attachment wounds
Addictions
Compulsive sexual behaviors
Infidelity & affair recovery
My clients are:
I work with adults and couples ready to work through challenges, shift old patterns, and rebuild trust in themselves and their relationships.
Whether joining therapy for the first time or continuing their journey, they show up willing to explore, reflect, and take meaningful steps toward feeling more connected and balanced in their lives.
Off the clock:
When not in session, I enjoy trail running, woodwork, and lounging at the beach with my black lab, Theo.
How I help:
With a background in co-occurring disorders and PTSD, I work from a trauma-informed lens, drawing on my training in EMDR as well as elements of psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Relational Life Therapy to support both individuals and couples.
What you can expect from working with me:
A collaborative and compassionate approach where your experiences are heard and understood. Sessions move at a pace that feels right for you, allowing time to make sense of difficult emotions, uncover patterns, and explore new ways of relating.
I provide guidance and practical tools to help support clients in feeling more grounded, connected, and confident as they work towards meaningful change in their lives.
What my clients say about working with me:
Many clients notice that they can speak honestly about feelings and experiences they’ve kept private, feeling supported rather than judged. They value my warm, empathetic approach and the sense of safety it creates.

Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy, Pepperdine University
