If you’re losing hope that things can get better, you’re in the right place.

Perhaps you’re…

  • Feeling lonely

  • Being defensive or reactive with those closest to you

  • Unhappy in your relationships or are in crisis in your relationship

  • Not sure how to communicate your feelings and needs

  • Feeling stuck in a role in your relationships that isn’t working

  • Trying to find solutions but aren’t getting anywhere

Some of our deepest woundings happen in relationships, and these wounds can only be healed in a relationship. I provide a space where this healing can occur. Through helping you cultivate greater self-understanding and awareness, and learning new skills, together we can help you create lasting fulfillment and meaning in your life and relationships.

I can help you with:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Trauma

  • Infidelity and affair recovery

  • Relationship challenges

Who I help:

I support adult individuals and couples, offering sessions in both English and Spanish, as they navigate through challenges related to life transitions, trauma, parenting struggles, relationship issues, grief and loss, betrayal, and compulsive sexual behaviors.

How I help:

My hope is to join you through the complexities of self-discovery and growth. By delving into the depths of your emotions and early life experiences, we open a pathway to understanding your present circumstances and responses to life's challenges. Together, I can help you foster a profound connection with yourself and change the recurring patterns that keep you stuck.

What my clients say about working with me:

My clients have shared that I bring a soothing presence into our sessions, offering a sense of calm and warmth. This atmosphere creates a secure environment where together we can dispel their shame and bravely confront painful truths and feelings.

Off the clock:

When I’m off the clock, I enjoy pursuing activities that enhance my personal growth, such as reading non-fiction books and exploring new hobbies.

My educational background:

  • Masters in Counseling Psychology, California Lutheran University

Special training I’ve received:

  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, workshop with Hollie Granato, PhD

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Basics, workshop with Leslie Sokol, PhD

  • Motivational Interviewing Basics, workshop with Joy Chudzynski, PsyD
